The Basic Middle School Camp option was created as a package deal for high school and middle school coaches to help promote the sport for players in grades 5-8 who will feed into the high school program.

NUMBER OF SESSIONS: 3
MINIMUM: 10 players

 

Includes technique for all skills:

• Passing - platform, footwork, passing technique

• Setting - hand formation, footwork, location

• Hitting - approach and transition footwork, arm swing, shots and tips, control

• Blocking - footwork, balance, arms/hands

• Offense - running an offense, incorporating communication between all players

• Defense - rotation and perimeter

• Serving - standing float, jump float, jump topspin

• Game strategy

• Mental, physical, emotional aspects of the game

• AMO t-shirt

• Private lessons after each day of camp are available
